The process of application is simple. Once a complete application is received, the IPG management (the leaser) will review it and contact you (the leasee) within fifteen (15) days. As soon as the initial contact is made and details agreed, the leasee needs to obtain a banker's guarantee and sign the lease within forty-five (45) days. Once the lease is signed, IPG will start remodeling the industrial space based on your specific needs within three (3) months.
