The park is designed to your best interest. Therefore, the floor plan is purposely designed to be highly flexible to fit your needs. Through the application process, IPG engineering team will work closely with you to customize the floor plan and structures according to your requirements.

 Here is a list of some of the items that can be changed.

For the industrial space:

• Lot Size: Standard lot size is 2,500 m² but it can be customized to be between 500m² to 10,000m²

• Clearance Height: Standard ceiling height is 4.5m, which can be extended up to 9m

• Illumination: Choices of illumination are natural skylight, LED lighting and fluorescent lighting

• Telecommunication: Telephone packages include local-only, regional-only and international calls

• Flooring: Standard flooring is equipped with 15cm of concrete with a smooth finish. 30cm concrete is available and various surface finishes can be arranged

• Ventilation: Choices of ventilation are natural vents, extractor fans and air-conditioning

• Wall: additional sound proof or fire resistant material can be installed

For the office space:

• Space: Standard space is 140m², but it can be extended up to 1,000m².

• Clearance Height: ceiling height is 2.7m

• Illumination: Choices of illumination are natural skylight, LED lighting and fluorescent lighting

• Telecommunication: Telephone packages include local-only, regional-only and international calls; Internet connection is provided by Ghana Telecom with dedicated E1 line.

• Ventilation: all offices will be equipped central air

• Wall: additional sound proof or fire resistant material can be installed.
